Business Developer

Your key responsibilities:
- Client portfolio development and management
Identify, prospect, and build loyalty with clients by offering tailored consulting solutions aligned with their business challenges (cold calling, meetings, drafting and negotiating service proposals). - Strategic analysis and diagnostics
Conduct in-depth analyses of clients’ needs and challenges to formulate personalized recommendations and propose concrete, measurable action plans. - Project management
Oversee and coordinate assigned projects, ensure deadlines and commitments are met, and support clients in the implementation of recommended solutions. - Collaboration and stakeholder management
Work closely with various stakeholders (internal teams, experts, partners, decision-makers) to ensure high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction. - Performance tracking and reporting
Monitor the outcomes of your actions, analyze key performance indicators, and adjust strategies accordingly to maximize impact. - Personal development and continuous training

Profile:
We are looking for candidates who thrive in dynamic environments and are eager to develop their expertise in recruitment and selection. A natural communicator, you possess the curiosity and energy to connect with diverse individuals and build strong professional relationships. Your adaptability and resourcefulness will help you overcome challenges and contribute fresh perspectives to our growing team.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, management, economics, engineering, communication, or a related field.
- Strong interest in consulting, business development, and project management: you enjoy analyzing, persuading, negotiating, and building long-term partnerships.
- Entrepreneurial and results-driven mindset: you are dynamic, persistent, and motivated by achieving and exceeding ambitious goals.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Fluency in French ans English.
- Strong analytical skills, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to quickly grasp organizational challenges.
- Proactive, autonomous, and a fast learner.
- Genuine motivation to grow rapidly within an international group, in a stimulating environment where individual performance is recognized and valued.
