Your Role – A High-Impact, Hybrid Position:

🔹 Business Development & Client Management

  • Identify, prospect, and engage new clients (startups, SMEs, large enterprises) in your target market.
  • Understand recruitment needs, conduct client meetings (in-person or remote), and build long-term partnerships.
  • Design tailored offers, negotiate terms, and close service agreements.

🔹 Candidate Sourcing & Talent Acquisition

  • Define sourcing strategies (job boards, headhunting, internal database, social media).
  • Identify, approach, and assess candidates that match your clients’ needs.
  • Guide candidates throughout the entire process: interviews, preparation, feedback, offer management, onboarding.

🔹 Project Management & Mission Delivery

  • Coordinate recruitment assignments from A to Z, ensuring quality, timing, and client satisfaction.
  • Act as the single point of contact for both clients and candidates, delivering a seamless recruitment experience.

🔹 Performance Monitoring & Optimization

  • Track your results through key performance indicators (generated revenue, placement rate, client satisfaction).
  • Continuously optimize your commercial and recruitment actions to increase your impact and success.
Description du profil

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, HR, Engineering, Communication, Economics, or equivalent.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for both business development and recruitment.
  • You love hunting, negotiating, closing deals, and also identifying and guiding the best talent.
  • Outstanding communication skills in both French and English; Dutch is a strong plus.
  • Curious, persistent, and highly structured, with a strong drive to achieve and exceed goals.
  • Eager to grow in a fast-paced, competitive, and merit-driven environment where your results matter.

Role OverviewThe Business Development Manager – Cybersecurity (Qatari Market) is responsible for expanding the company’s business within Qatar, with a primary focus on the government sector. Based in Riyadh and traveling frequently to Doha, this position’s core objective is to grow the organization’s cybersecurity presence through consistent engagement with key Qatari stakeholders and enterprise clients.Business Development: Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies tailored to the Qatari market, emphasizing government and enterprise sectors. Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities with government ministries, agencies, and large organizations. Ensure all proposals address local cybersecurity regulations and compliance requirements.Client Engagement: Conduct regular on-site meetings with Qatari clients and stakeholders. Build and maintain strong, constructive relationships with decision-makers in government and enterprise organizations. Stay informed about market trends, cybersecurity policies, and regulations in Qatar and the wider GCC region.Account Management: Oversee key accounts to maximize satisfaction and retention.
