HR & Administrative Officer
Our client is an exclusive Haute Couture Maison headquartered in Dubai.
We are seeking an experienced HR & Admin Officer to lead operational HR functions. This hybrid role supports organizational development, daily HR operations, ensuring smooth internal workflows aligned with the brand’s couture standards.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR & Culture
- Advise leadership on HR policies, compliance, and organizational design.
- Lead workforce planning, performance management, and culture-building initiatives.
- Identify and address talent and engagement gaps.
HR Operations
- Manage all HR processes including contracts, employee records, and the full visa cycle.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor law, liaising with PROs and government bodies (MOFA, DHA, GDRFA).
- Track attendance, leave, legal deadlines, and coordinate performance reviews.
Finance Coordination
- Work closely with the accountant to oversee salary payments, reimbursements, and VAT filings.
- Monitor petty cash, vendor invoicing, and internal cost tracking.
Production & Showroom Admin
- Support internal showroom operations and align production schedules with logistics and procurement.
- Coordinate with tailors, suppliers, and couriers (e.g., DHL) for order and delivery management.
Organizational Support
- Maintain centralized records across HR, finance, and legal functions.
- Coordinate internal meetings, deadlines, and reporting for leadership.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs and regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
- 3+ years of HR and office management experience, ideally in fashion, luxury, hospitality, or healthcare.
- Proven expertise in visas, contracts, and financial coordination.
- Collaborative Spirit: Working seamlessly across accounting, production, and administrative domains comes naturally to you. You offer clear support and guidance while building positive professional relationships.
- Communication Excellence: You are fluent in English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills that foster understanding and alignment across all levels of the organization.
- Discretion and Integrity: You consistently handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality, maintaining professionalism in all situations.
- In-depth knowledge of UAE labor law and HR compliance.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Strategic mindset with hands-on administrative capability.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
