Tribe Product Owner Data & AI (Chief of Staff, Data Leadership)

  • Orchestrate strategic alignment across 150+ data professionals and business stakeholders by bridging technical data teams with business units and mediating priorities, resources, and timelines.
  • Co-develop data & AI strategy together with the VP Data & AI, crafting compelling narratives that secure organizational buy-in and drive budget approval for data initiatives.
  • Drive operational cadence by managing long-term planning processes, overseeing workforce and budget allocations, facilitating regular QBRs, and coordinating leadership off-sites to keep initiatives on track.
  • Accelerate impact delivery by ensuring the right expertise is brought together promptly, enabling AI innovation to move efficiently from concept to realized business value.

Scope & Objectives:

  • Strategic Planning: Transform complex business needs into actionable data & AI roadmaps that support company goals.
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage diverse stakeholders, mediate interests effectively, and maintain alignment on key projects and objectives.
  • Financial Analysis: Guide the allocation and tracking of resources to maximize ROI on data & AI initiatives.
  • Project Management: Oversee projects from initiation to execution, ensuring delivery within scope and timelines.
  • Board & Meeting Management: Prepare content and manage cadence for senior leadership meetings and workshops.
  • Leadership & People Management: Coordinate collaborative work across cross-functional teams and help set the tempo for team effectiveness.

Languages used daily: English (fluent); Dutch and French (business level are a plus).
