Takenbeschrijving:

  • Verantwoordelijk voor het voeren van de volledige boekhouding van A tot Y, inclusief debiteuren- en crediteurenbeheer.
  • Opstellen van financiële rapporten, balansen en jaarrekeningen.
  • Assisteren bij het opstellen van budgetten en het beheren van financiële processen.
  • Controleren van financiële transacties en nauwkeurigheid van gegevens.
  • Analyseren van financiële resultaten en trends om aanbevelingen te doen voor verbetering.
  • Samenwerken met interne teams en externe partijen zoals auditors en belastingadviseurs.
Description du profil
  • Bachelor- of masterdiploma in een financiële richting.
  • Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie.
  • Uitstekende kennis van boekhoudprincipes en -procedures.
  • Ervaring met boekhoudsoftware en MS Office, kennis van SAP is een pluspunt.
  • Analytisch denkvermogen en nauwkeurigheid in het uitvoeren van taken.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en teamgericht.
  • In staat om zelfstandig te werken en deadlines te halen.

Deliver financial insights and strategic recommendations that support high-quality executive and board-level decision-making.Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure the company’s financial operations adhere to regulatory, accounting, and internal control requirements. Develop and maintain risk mitigation strategies to protect financial stability and corporate assets.Investment Accounting: Oversee the treatment and presentation of investment portfolios in line with accounting standards such as IFRS 9. Ensure appropriate valuation, classification, and reporting of financial instruments.Financial Planning and Analysis: Lead the development of comprehensive financial models and planning tools to simulate business scenarios, assess capital needs, and support executive decisions. Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial KPIs, including balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow analysis.

As Head of Accounting, you will oversee the company’s full accounting operations, managing a team of eight professionals.
