Wij zijn Gentis, een internationaal werving- en selectiebureau gespecialiseerd in engineering profielen.

  

Een grote productielocatie in  omgeving Gent, met ruim 6.300 medewerkers, is een belangrijke werkgever in Oost-Vlaanderen en richt zich op innovatie en duurzaamheid. De locatie produceert jaarlijks meer dan 207.000 eenheden en maakt deel uit van een wereldwijd bekend bedrijf.  Takenpakket:

 

Ben jij gepassioneerd door 3D-printtechnologie en wil je bijdragen aan de technologische vooruitgang binnen een innovatieve productieomgeving? Als Projecttechnieker ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren van technische werkzaamheden in de 3D-print laboratorium en ondersteun je de implementatie van 3D-printen in de productieprocessen.

 

Daarnaast omvat jouw rol het volgende: 

  • Het oplossen van technische storingen
  • Het optimaal laten presteren van printinstallaties, zodat productie-output, kwaliteit en betrouwbaarheid maximaal zijn
  • Het uitvoeren van zowel preventief als correctief onderhoud
  • Het  identificeren van defecte onderdelen en vervangt deze waar nodig, terwijl je zorgt voor naleving van de geldende normen en voorschriften
  • Je wordt grondig opgeleid en krijgt de kans om je kennis over te dragen aan collega’s, zodat het hele team profiteert van de nieuwe inzichten

Profiel: 

  • Je beschikt over een Graduaat elektromechanica of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Je beschikt over een basis 3D printtechnologie of bent bereid dit bij te leren
  • Je bent analytisch en probleemoplossend
  • Je stelt je flexibel op om in ploegen te werken indien nodig

En tant que Project Manager en électricité tertiaire, vous coordonnez et pilotez des projets d’installations électriques sur sites tertiaires à Bruxelles. Project Manager Medium Voltage

As a Project Manager specializing in Medium Voltage, you will reinforce our dynamic Electrification & Automation team. Your main responsibility is the end-to-end management of medium voltage projects, ensuring technical and operational excellence at each stage.Analyze technical project specifications to understand customer requirements and ensure technical alignment.Verify and clarify solutions by directly interacting with clients through meetings to address technical questions and confirm expectations.Oversee engineering launch and management, guiding technical teams from concept through execution.Configure electrical boards using specialized configuration tools to meet project specifications.Initiate orders to manufacture and monitor production processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery.Coordinate project planning with various stakeholders, aligning schedules and resources for seamless execution.Maintain consistent communication with clients, providing technical updates throughout the project lifecycle.Manage resources such as technicians and subcontractors, ensuring everyone works towards project goals.Participate in Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) to verify system conformity before delivery.Organize on-site deliveries and Site Acceptance Test (SAT) activities, ensuring project handover meets standards.Monitor financial and quality KPIs, tracking progress and cost-effectiveness against set benchmarks.Enforce project safety standards to uphold and cultivate a safety-first culture across all activities.Provide regular project progress updates to both clients and internal teams, ensuring transparency and alignment.The scope of this role includes analyzing medium voltage systems, hands-on project planning, technical and economic solution optimization, and stringent adherence to industry regulations. Cybersecurity Engineer – Railway Systems (Hybrid, Charleroi)

Location: Charleroi · Hybrid, with 3 days on-site per week · Limited travel (<10%), mainly within EuropePosition Overview: This role focuses on cybersecurity risk assessment and secure architecture design specifically for railway systems. Junior Accountant – Process Automation & Optimization

Position Overview:This role is responsible for supporting the Financial Controller by combining bookkeeping duties with process automation and optimization initiatives. The Junior Accountant will focus substantially on automating workflows and streamlining internal accounting processes within a 6-month contract, potentially leading to a permanent position.Main Duties:Lead or assist in process improvement projects, such as analyzing and redesigning expense reimbursement workflows.Research and implement automation tools to increase efficiency across accounting functions.Develop scripts and automation solutions, primarily using Python, with possible involvement in VBA-based projects, to reduce repetitive manual tasks.Support daily bookkeeping activities (including general ledger, financial statement preparation, and reconciliations) during peak periods or team absences.Contribute to ongoing enhancements in internal controls and overall financial operations.Scope and Focus:Approximately 70% of responsibilities revolve around process optimization and automation.Remainder devoted to traditional bookkeeping tasks.Expected to work 37.5 hours per week on a 6-month contract with potential for extension or permanence.Technical & Functional Requirements:Python programming skills are essential, particularly for automation.
