Wij zoeken een Support Engineer voor de regio Diegem die zich richt op het leveren van technische ondersteuning aan gebruikers binnen een grote, dynamische logistieke organisatie. In deze rol zul je voornamelijk support verlenen op Microsoft Office 365 en Active Directory. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor eindgebruikers die technische problemen ondervinden en je werkt samen met het IT-team om deze snel en efficiënt op te lossen. Je draagt bij aan de stabiliteit en beschikbaarheid van de IT-infrastructuur en helpt gebruikers hun productiviteit te maximaliseren. Dit is een on-site functie in Diegem zonder bedrijfswagen.

Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Technische ondersteuning bieden aan eindgebruikers voor Microsoft Office 365-applicaties (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
  • Beheer en troubleshooting van Active Directory-accounts, groepen en permissies
  • Ticketsysteem beheren en support-verzoeken prioriteren en documenteren
  • IT-incidenten registreren en escaleren indien nodig
  • Proactief bijdragen aan het verbeteren van support-processen en documentatie

Profiel van de kandidaat

Wij zoeken naar gemotiveerde en leergierige professionals die graag technische problemen oplossen en eindgebruikers helpen. Je bent iemand die snel kan bijleren, goed communiceert en een positieve houding hebt. We kijken uit naar gedreven mensen met een sterke wil om zich te ontwikkelen. Dit kunnen schoolverlaters zijn of mensen met een eerste werkervaring op zak.

Vereiste ervaring en expertise:

  • Basiskennis van Microsoft Office 365 (of bereidheid deze snel op te bouwen)
  • Basiskennis van Active Directory en Windows-omgevingen
  • Ervaring met helpdesk-support of eerste-lijnsondersteuning (of relevante stage/praktijkervaring)
  • Kennis van ticketsystemen en IT-processen
  • Vermogen om technische concepten duidelijk uit te leggen aan niet-technische gebruikers
