Als Douane Exportmedewerker ben je verantwoordelijk voor het correct afhandelen van export- en importdeclaraties en zorg je ervoor dat alle activiteiten volgens de geldende compliance- en douanewetgeving plaatsvinden. Je werkt vanuit België en beheerst zowel Nederlands als Engels vloeiend; kennis van andere talen is een pluspunt.

  • Zorgdragen voor juiste verwerking van export- en importdocumentatie volgens de voorschriften.
  • Beheren van het compliance-proces rond internationale goederenstromen.
  • Ondersteunen bij de inklaring en uitklaring van goederen, inclusief administratieve verwerking in douane- en transportsystemen.
  • Contact onderhouden met logistieke partners, douaneautoriteiten en interne afdelingen.
  • Signaleren van afwijkingen met betrekking tot naleving van douane- en exportregels.

De focus ligt op het beheer van compliance, export/import documenten en douaneprocessen binnen een internationale logistieke context.

Wij zoeken kandidaten die zich thuis voelen in een internationale omgeving waarin nauwkeurigheid en integriteit centraal staan. De ideale kandidaat heeft een grondige interesse in export- en importprocessen, en toont een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel rond compliance en regelgeving.

  • Analytisch denkvermogen: Bekwaam in het zorgvuldig interpreteren van wet- en regelgeving rond douane- en exportdocumentatie.
  • Grondige kennis van zowel export- als importdocumentatie; bekend met compliance management is essentieel.
  • Flexibiliteit en probleemoplossend vermogen zijn onmisbaar, want u schakelt moeiteloos tussen diverse dossiers en klanten.
  • Talenkennis: Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels; andere talen worden gewaardeerd.
  • Communicatief sterk: U kunt helder en professioneel communiceren, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling, met interne en externe partijen.
  • Uitstekende organisatorische vaardigheden: U beheert documenten en processen accuraat en zorgvuldig, zelfs onder tijdsdruk.
  • Teamspeler, maar ook in staat om zelfstandig te werken en initiatief te nemen waar nodig.
  • Gevestigd in België en goed ingebed in de lokale context.

Kandidaten met ervaring in meerdere facetten van internationale handel, of met een brede scope binnen transport en douane, hebben een streepje voor. Leergierigheid en bereidheid om zich verder te ontwikkelen binnen compliance en logistiek zijn grote pluspunten.
