For one of my client in the industrial sector, I am currently looking for a Senior Accountant in Brussels.


Job description:


  • Maintain accurate company financial records and ensure their integrity;
  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements;
  • Perform bank reconciliations and verify account statements;
  • Handle tax filings and regulatory compliance requirements;
  • Contribute to the development of budgets and financial forecasts;
  • Collaborate with external auditors during annual audits;
  • Identify and implement improvements in accounting processes to enhance efficiency.


Description du profil

Your profile:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field;
  • +4 years of relevant professional experience in accounting;
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, etc.);
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations;
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • French & English (Dutch is a plus).

Credit Manager

The Credit Manager will be responsible for overseeing the company’s credit operations, including credit risk assessment, credit control, and portfolio management. Accounting Manager – (FR/NL)This position is responsible for leading the Accounts Payable (AP) and GL accounting activities for a team of approximately 10 finance professionals based in Brussels. The manager will report directly to senior leadership, ensuring oversight and operational excellence in team performance.Lead and coordinate all Accounts Payable processes and support GL accounting activities as needed for seamless financial operations.Supervise and mentor a team, ensuring effective task delegation, follow-up, and continuous improvement in workflows.Serve as a key contact for escalations and complex queries, providing clear guidance and solutions to internal stakeholders and clients.Oversee accurate and timely financial reporting, collaborating with the team and interfacing with leadership for alignment on business priorities.Support project management activities within the accounting function to drive improvements, implement new processes, and ensure compliance with company and statutory requirements.Budgeting, reconciliation, and asset management involvement as part of broader accounting responsibilities.Navigate bilingual (French/Dutch) communications, ensuring professional exchanges with both internal team members and external clients.
