Content Manager
About the Role
Gentis Group is seeking a creative and strategic Content Manager to lead content initiatives across our four key brands: Gentis, Homini, Wiggli, and Gentis Academy. This role is pivotal in shaping our voice, strengthening our market presence, and delivering value-driven content tailored to recruiters and, secondarily, job seekers in the talent and staffing industry.
You will oversee the end-to-end content lifecycle—from ideation and production to distribution and performance tracking—while ensuring each brand's identity is distinct, engaging, and aligned with our group mission.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Planning
- Develop and own a comprehensive content calendar for all four brands.
- Create and execute multi-channel content strategies targeting recruiters and jobseekers.
- Align content with business goals, brand positioning, and audience insights.
Content Creation & Execution
- Generate high-impact content ideas and lead the creation and repurposing of materials across our brands, covering topics like industry trends, hiring tips, legal insights, surveys, and more.
- Ensure consistency in tone, style, and brand-specific voice across platforms and formats.
- Source and coordinate a team of freelancers for design, copywriting, podcast editor to ensure high-quality content production.
- Deliverable
- 2 newsletters per month per brand (total of 8/month)
- 3 social media posts per week per brand on Linkedin and Meta
- 2 Employee advocacy specific content per week per brand on Linkedin
- Organic job offer advertising on Meta and TikTok
- 2 podcasts per month and snippets production
Podcast Content Management
- Manage the editorial calendar and content distribution for “Le Mouton à Cinq Pattes”, our signature podcast.
- Collaborate on episode themes, guest selection, and publishing timelines.
- Generate snippets of each episode :
- Social media clips (30–90 sec highlights for LinkedIn, Instagram Reels, TikTok)
- Visual quotes or audiograms with captions
- Transcription-based pull quotes for carousels or blog posts
- Newsletter teasers linking to full episodes
Employee Advocacy Program
- Manage the employee advocacy strategy across all brands.
- Generate ready-to-share content for employees to publish on their own networks (especially LinkedIn).
- Establish and maintain posting cadences, ensuring timely distribution across the team.
- Track and analyze the impact and ROI of employee-driven content initiatives.
SEO & Analytics
- Leverage SEO best practices to boost content visibility and engagement.
- Monitor and report on content performance across platforms.
- Continuously optimize content based on analytics, audience feedback, and trends.
Community Engagement
- Collaborate with Talent and Sales teams to gather insights and ensure messaging aligns with audience needs.
- Foster community interaction through engaging content formats like polls, videos, carousels, and Q&A.
What We’re Looking For
Skills & Experience
- 3+ years in content management or a similar role, preferably in HR, recruitment, or tech sectors.
- Strong grasp of SEO, social media strategy, podcasting, and content analytics.
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality, engaging, and audience-specific content.
- Experience with LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and TikTok for organic brand and job promotion.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms and scheduling tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Active campaign).
- Experience in managing and sourcing freelance talent (writers, designers, videographers, etc.).
- Prior experience running employee advocacy or ambassador programs is a strong asset.
- Fluency in English and French is required; Dutch is a strong plus.
