Taakomschrijving:


  • Als Accounting Officer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige boekhoudproces van diverse vennootschappen.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat tussentijdse en jaarlijkse financiële afsluitingen tijdig en accuraat worden uitgevoerd.
  • Voorbereiding op zowel interne als externe audits behoort ook tot je takenpakket, inclusief het beantwoorden van auditgerelateerde vragen.
  • De opmaak en het indienen van BTW- en fiscale aangiftes, evenals jaarrekeningen en verslagen, vallen onder jouw verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Je voert reconciliaties uit en beheert verschillende boekhoudkundige taken zoals afschrijvingen en interestberekeningen.
  • Banktransacties en het correct toepassen van grootboekrekeningen en indirecte kosten worden door jou gecontroleerd.
  • Als Accounting Officer heb je regelmatig overleg met verschillende afdelingen en partijen om optimale resultaten te bereiken, waaronder Controlling, Treasury, Accounts Payables & Receivables, Interne & Externe Audit, en Tax & Legal voor complexe fiscale en juridische vraagstukken.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de operationele business om een goede financiële basis te waarborgen.

Jouw profiel:


  • Je hebt een Bachelor in Accountancy - Fiscaliteit of een Master in financiën, of vergelijkbare ervaring.
  • Ervaring met SAP is een pré; we bieden ondersteuning als dat nodig is.
  • Je hebt een passie voor financiën, zoals cijfers, balansen en fiscale regelgeving.
  • Nauwkeurigheid en analytisch denkvermogen zijn jouw sterke punten.
  • Je bent expert in fiscaliteit en BTW.
  • Je communiceert helder en maakt complexe zaken begrijpelijk.
  • Je streeft naar uitmuntendheid in je werk en deelt graag je kennis met collega's.

Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The CFO plays a pivotal role in steering a company’s financial strategy and ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory and accounting frameworks. Monitor regulatory developments and ensure the company’s financial practices remain consistently aligned.Financial Strategy and Analysis: Develop and implement forward-looking financial strategies to support sustainable business growth. Apply financial modeling and scenario planning, particularly within the IFRS 17 framework (PAA and GMM), to guide decision-making and performance evaluation.Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary financial counterpart to the board, investment committee, and other governance bodies. Deliver financial insights and strategic recommendations that support high-quality executive and board-level decision-making.Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure the company’s financial operations adhere to regulatory, accounting, and internal control requirements. Develop and maintain risk mitigation strategies to protect financial stability and corporate assets.Investment Accounting: Oversee the treatment and presentation of investment portfolios in line with accounting standards such as IFRS 9. Ensure appropriate valuation, classification, and reporting of financial instruments.Financial Planning and Analysis: Lead the development of comprehensive financial models and planning tools to simulate business scenarios, assess capital needs, and support executive decisions. Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial KPIs, including balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow analysis.

Senior Financial Crime Risk Manager oversees the identification, assessment, and mitigation of risks related to financial crime within the organization. As Head of Accounting, you will oversee the company’s full accounting operations, managing a team of eight professionals. Your primary focus will be on fund accounting , ensuring compliance and accuracy in all financial recording and reporting.
