Our client is a prestigious international Bank looking for a new Legal Counsel. In their legal department, they are looking for new legal counsel to work on a new and exciting project.

Job Description:

  • Closely tracking accounting standards (BGAAP/IFRS) developments, assessing their impact, and formulating sector opinions.
  • Identifying trends and themes relevant to the Belgian insurance sector.
  • Analyzing national and international proposals
  • Representing the Group in external forums and persuading external partners.
  • Serving as a point of contact for members on financial reporting and internal audit matters
  • Monitoring and analyzing national and European prudential regulations for insurance, focusing on financial reporting (IFRS).


Description du profil


Your Profile:

  • Master's degree in economics or finance.
  • Relevant professional experience, especially in insurance
  • Proficient in IFRS (9/17) and knowledgeable about insurance company annual accounts
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with an ability to present effectively. Bilingual in French and Dutch, with a good operational command of English.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and diplomatic abilities.
  • Strong communication skills in French and Dutch

We are urgently hiring an experienced PMO Manager to lead and coordinate an IPO readiness and execution program.
