Join a Renowned International Bank as a Business Controller!

We are seeking a motivated Business Controller to strengthen our client's dynamic financial department. As a Business Controller, you will be pivotal in driving financial transparency and supporting strategic decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performance Analysis: Evaluate and analyze the performance of various business lines to deliver insightful financial reports.
  • Budgeting: Develop and monitor budgets for each business unit, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.
  • Profitability Modeling: Design profitability models to assist in strategic decision making and provide financial guidance.
  • Strategic Recommendations: Provide strategic recommendations based on in-depth financial analysis to optimize business performance.
  • Continuous Improvement: Engage in projects aiming at the continuous improvement of financial processes within the organization.

Required Expertise:

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Management.
  • 3 to 6 years of experience in management control or financial markets.
  • Proven analytical and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel and Business Intelligence Tools (e.g., Power BI).
  • Strong understanding of the banking sector.
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in either French or Dutch.

  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is mandatory, along with either French or Dutch, facilitating seamless communication in our international and multilingual workplace.

The candidate who excels in this role will have an analytical mindset with a strong orientation towards business solutions. They should be adept at strategic thinking, providing actionable recommendations to drive the financial growth of our business units.
