We are actively looking for a :
➡ Team leader system Engineer linux / Devops ⬅
for one of our client based in Brussels (ONLY PERMANENT CONTRACT)

What you'll be doing:

• Lead, motivate and mentor the Linux team
• Intervene in unresolved issues and provide support to L2 engineers.
• Provide training and technical support to junior system administrators
• Document and maintain standard operating procedures
• Ensure follow-up of agreements with internal customers: service requests, incidents, problems, improvement plans and changes.
• Manage Linux infrastructure in accordance with agreed service levels (SLAs).
• Plan maintenance activities according to predefined "deployment requests" and exclude non-agreed production impacts.
• Advise the IAAS Service Manager on future infrastructure investments to proactively maintain production.
• Analyze and automate where possible.
• Project monitoring, adjustment and reporting to IAAS Service Manager.
• Monitor project deliverables to ensure quality standards are met.
• Identify and acquire the resources needed to achieve project objectives.
• Lead activities to identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.
