Voor een klant in de logistieke sector, zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren Hoofdboekhouder. Onze is een dynamisch en groeiend bedrijf dat gespecialiseerd is in transport en logistiek. Het bedrijf staat bekend om zijn klantgerichte aanpak en efficiënte dienstverlening.


Functieomschrijving:

Als Hoofdboekhouder ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van vijf volledige dossiers van A tot Z. Je zorgt ervoor dat alle financiële processen soepel verlopen en dat de financiële administratie accuraat en up-to-date is. Je werkt nauw samen met twee administratieve hulpkrachten die je ondersteunen bij diverse administratieve taken.

Belangrijkste taken:

  • Beheer van vijf volledige financiële dossiers van A tot Z.
  • Voorbereiden en indienen van belastingaangiften en andere taksen.
  • Verzorgen van maandelijkse, kwartaal- en jaarlijkse afsluitingen.
  • Toezicht houden op en begeleiden van twee administratieve hulpkrachten.
  • Onderhouden van nauwkeurige financiële administratie en rapportages.
  • Analyseren van financiële gegevens en rapporten om financiële prestaties te monitoren.
  • Zorgdragen voor naleving van financiële regelgeving en wettelijke vereisten.
  • Communicatie en samenwerking met interne en externe stakeholders, zoals auditors en belastingadviseurs.


Description du profil

Profiel:

  • Je hebt een diploma in boekhouding of een vergelijkbare financiële opleiding.
  • Minimaal vijf jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie.
  • Grondige kennis van boekhoudkundige principes en fiscale wetgeving.
  • Ervaring met het opstellen van belastingaangiften en afsluitingen.
  • Sterke analytische vaardigheden en oog voor detail.
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en een proactieve houding.
  • Ervaring in de logistieke sector is een pluspunt.
