  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to grow market presence in the UAE and wider GCC region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, focusing on a globally renowned cybersecurity training client, to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities and foster partnerships within the cybersecurity and IT industry.
  • Lead negotiations and close deals that align with company goals, ensuring long-term client satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to support business objectives and drive client success.
  • Track industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance service offerings and stay competitive.


The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of industry standards and regulations, including GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, and ISO 27001. You will be expected to stay updated on the latest trends in Cyber Security and Data Protection to effectively communicate our value proposition to clients. This position requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Qualifications:

  • Language: Fluent in Arabic & English
  • Experience: 6-8 years in business development within the cybersecurity or IT sector.
  • Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of cybersecurity training and solutions, with a strong network in the region.
  • Background: Experience with vendors or distributors in the IT or cybersecurity space.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
