Als Junior Applicatiebeheerder Serviceplatform ondersteun je de dagelijkse werking van een essentieel IT-serviceplatform, gericht op gebruikers. Je draagt bij aan het beheer, de opvolging en het optimaliseren van de applicatie, met een focus op IT Service Management.

  • Ondersteunen bij incidenten, verzoeken en wijzigingsverzoeken via de bestaande ITSM-tools.
  • Werken met ITIL-praktijken en bijdragen aan een gestructureerd wijzigingsproces.
  • Updaten en bewaken van de CMDB (Configuration Management Database).
  • Automation
  • Beheer gebruikers en hun rollen
  • Assisteren bij het documenteren van procedures en kennisartikelen.
  • Regelmatig overleg met andere IT-teams en stakeholders voor verdere eveolutie van de tool
  • Rapporteren aan IT_Manager

  • Communicatief sterk: U weet informatie helder over te brengen, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk, in het Nederlands en Engels.
  • Leergierig en initiatiefrijk: U wil zich verdiepen in IT Service Management, nieuwe technologieën en processen; u neemt graag initiatief om uitdagingen te onderzoeken en oplossingen voor te stellen.
  • Oog voor samenwerking: U voelt zich verantwoordelijk voor het gezamenlijke succes en betrekt vlot collega’s bij het vinden van oplossingen.
  • Flexibel en oplossingsgericht: Veranderende situaties ziet u als een kans om bij te leren en u blijft kalm onder druk.
  • Interesse in ITIL of CMDB-processen: U hebt al eens kennisgemaakt met ITIL-methodieken of configuration management, of bent bereid zich hierin verder te specialiseren.
