Warehouse Manager – Industrial Manufacturing (ICAD, Abu Dhabi)

We are looking for a Warehouse Manager to lead and optimize all warehouse operations within a high-paced industrial environment. This role supports end-to-end supply chain and production continuity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily warehouse activities: stock control, shipping, receiving, space planning.
  • Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of WMS, with hands-on use of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy, enforce FIFO, and monitor KPIs (OTIF, stock ageing, working capital).
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (quality, logistics, fabrication, construction) and external parties (OEMs, suppliers, authorities).
  • Mitigate operational risks (HSE, theft, damage) and ensure full compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Drive operational meetings, process optimization, and automation initiatives.
  • Train, coach, and manage warehouse staff to meet performance targets and adopt best practices.
  • Contribute to workforce planning, succession planning, and recruitment in alignment with business continuity goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree; supply chain certifications (CPIM, CSCP, Six Sigma) are a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years in warehouse management, ideally in Oil & Gas or heavy industry (UAE experience preferred).
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (IMS/WMS).
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (mandatory).

You’re detail-oriented and safety-driven, with strong awareness of HSE protocols, risk mitigation (damage, theft, aging stock), and regulatory compliance.

You work closely with quality, logistics, and production teams—and know how to get things done across departments and with external vendors.

You thrive under pressure, embrace change, and actively seek improvement through automation and lean practices.

🎓 Background & values

As an Operational Risk IT Officer within a leading financial institution, you are responsible for managing and controlling IT-related risks and supporting compliance across the organization.
