Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily warehouse activities: stock control, shipping, receiving, space planning.

  • Ensure inventory accuracy, enforce FIFO, and monitor KPIs (OTIF, stock ageing, working capital).
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (quality, logistics, fabrication, construction) and external parties (OEMs, suppliers, authorities).
  • Mitigate operational risks (HSE, theft, damage) and ensure full compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Drive operational meetings, process optimization, and automation initiatives.

  • Contribute to workforce planning, succession planning, and recruitment in alignment with business continuity goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree; supply chain certifications (CPIM, CSCP, Six Sigma) are a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years in warehouse management, ideally in Oil & Gas or heavy industry (UAE experience preferred).
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (IMS/WMS).
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (mandatory).

💻 Digital fluency
You bring hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (IMS/WMS modules) and are comfortable using digital tools to support warehouse optimization and reporting.

🧯 Compliance & precision
You’re detail-oriented and safety-driven, with strong awareness of HSE protocols, risk mitigation (damage, theft, aging stock), and regulatory compliance.

🤝 Cross-functional communicator
You work closely with quality, logistics, and production teams—and know how to get things done across departments and with external vendors.

🚀 Resilient & adaptable
You thrive under pressure, embrace change, and actively seek improvement through automation and lean practices.

🎓 Background & values
