Gentis is a Belgian recruitment company headquartered in Brussels and providing permanent staffing as well as project sourcing solutions worldwide in multiple sectors.

Our client is looking for a new Legal Counsel. In their legal department, they are looking for new legal counsel to work on a new and exciting project.

The job :


  • Advice and legal advice to the various departments and projects.
  • Reviewing, negotiating and entering into contracts with our customers, suppliers and other third parties
  • Litigation management: in-house investigation of files and contact with the various law firms collaborating, given their areas of choice.
  • Corporate housekeeping: maintaining company documents and coordinating the preparation and follow-up of board meetings and their documentation.




Description du profil
  • Master in Law - knowledge in “general” law (general rather than specialist lawyer)
  • 5 -10 years of experience in a law firm and/or as a corporate lawyer
  • Mastery of procurement procedures is a real asset
  • Business orientation and problem-solver
  • Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a multidisciplinary team
  • Discretion
  • Empathy
  • Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
