Als Business Analist SAP ben je onderdeel van het IT-team in een productieomgeving voor landbouwmachines. Je optimaliseert bedrijfsprocessen gericht op planning, logistiek en controlling via SAP ERP. Je brengt processen in kaart, signaleert knelpunten en voert verbeteringen door, waaronder de introductie van een nieuw WMS en digitalisering van processen.

  • Optreden als SAP-expert en aanspreekpunt voor key users binnen de organisatie.
  • Samenwerken met operationele teams, stakeholders en afdelingshoofden voor het integreren en afstemmen van procesoptimalisaties.
  • Ondersteunen en begeleiden van trainingen voor key users in SAP-systemen en -processen.
  • Monitoren en opvolgen van bestaande en nieuwe projecten, waaronder projectwerk voor de Nederlandse vestiging.
  • Zorgen voor correcte structurering van masterdata binnen SAP.

Als Business Analist leid je het volledige business process reengineering-traject en ondersteun je de organisatie strategisch en analytisch. Je rapporteert aan de IT-manager, biedt dagelijkse SAP-support en werkt samen met diverse afdelingen. Je hebt diepgaande SAP-kennis, ervaring met logistiek, planning en controlling, en werkt gestructureerd in een productieomgeving.

Wij zoeken kandidaten met aantoonbaar analytisch en strategisch vermogen. Je overziet onze bedrijfsprocessen, doorgrondt complexe vraagstukken snel en bewaart structuur en overzicht, ook in uitdagende situaties.

  • Communicatief vaardig: Je legt complexe materie helder uit, overtuigt en blijft toegankelijk voor alle stakeholders.

  • Proactief en resultaatgericht: Je signaleert kansen, neemt initiatief en brengt optimalisatievoorstellen tot uitvoering.
  • Projectmatig en gestructureerd: Je hebt ervaring met verandertrajecten in logistiek of controlling en werkt planmatig.
  • Betrouwbare SAP-kennis: Je hebt ruime praktijkervaring met SAP ERP, bij voorkeur in productie of logistiek.

Qua achtergrond geven we de voorkeur aan kandidaten met minimaal een bachelordiploma of gelijkwaardige praktijkervaring. Ervaring met procesanalyse en optimalisatie, met name binnen logistiek, planning en controlling, is essentieel. Kennis van de Franse taal en/of basis Duits is een pluspunt, net als een achtergrond in IT of ervaring in een industriële of landbouwomgeving.
