Scope includes data warehousing, project planning and scheduling, data governance, and stakeholder management. Working knowledge of English and French is required; Dutch is advantageous.
We are looking for candidates who combine deep technical expertise with a collaborative and strategic mindset. These individuals excel in orchestrating complex SAP data migrations and have demonstrated leadership in driving successful transition projects on an international scale.
- Extensive Experience: A track record of at least 8 years in SAP projects, including significant exposure to data management, governance, and data migrations—especially moving from SAP Business Suite to SAP S/4HANA or integrated satellite solutions (e.g., BTP, Ariba, SuccessFactors).
- Migration Expertise: At least 5 years hands-on experience with large-scale SAP data migrations, with a nuanced understanding of the technical and business implications of data movement and synchronization across hybrid and cloud landscapes.
- Strong Analytical Skills: The ability to assess and validate complex migration plans, spot risks, and propose robust solutions for data quality, integrity, and seamless synchronization between systems.
- Collaborative Leadership: Adept at coordinating and motivating cross-functional teams—business, functional, and technical—ensuring open communication and shared ownership throughout major transformation projects.
- Stakeholder Management: Skilled in building trusted relationships with domain architects, business area leaders, and implementation partners. Able to report clearly and confidently to program leadership and other key stakeholders.
- Organizational Learning: Committed to capturing lessons learned and instilling best practices, ensuring continuous improvement for future migrations.
- Innovation and Best Practices: Brings a proactive approach to leveraging new SAP technologies (such as S/4HANA, BTP, Ariba, SuccessFactors) and industry standards to optimize outcomes.
- Multilingual Communication: Comfortable operating in a multilingual environment; demonstrates fluency in English and French, and a solid command of Dutch to ensure effective cooperation with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Structured and Diligent: Approaches challenges methodically, paying close attention to detail while never losing sight of the overall program objectives and timelines.
- Resilient and Adaptable: Thrives in fast-paced, complex environments, remaining composed under pressure, and adapting quickly to evolving priorities.
Ideal candidates are trusted advisors who bring both technical depth in SAP environments and the people skills to drive digital transformation across the organization.
