Wij zoeken een gedreven Business Controller om financiële analyses en rapportages te verzorgen binnen een dynamische organisatie. Je ondersteunt het management bij budgettering, prognoses en procesverbeteringen en zorgt voor tijdige en nauwkeurige rapportages volgens internationale en lokale standaarden. Daarnaast monitor je KPI’s, ondersteun je audits en optimaliseer je financiële processen. Ervaring in een productieomgeving en sterke kennis van Excel en BI-tools zijn vereist. Je werkt nauw samen met diverse stakeholders en draagt bij aan strategische beslissingen. Flexibele werktijden, thuiswerkmogelijkheden en diverse extralegale voordelen maken deel uit van deze uitdagende functie.


Taken & Verantwoordelijkheden


  • Opstellen en analyseren van financiële rapportages voor management en andere stakeholders.
  • Uitvoeren van financiële analyses en ondersteunen bij budgettering en prognoses.
  • Optimaliseren en bewaken van financiële processen en interne controles.
  • Voorbereiden van maand- en jaarafsluitingen volgens geldende richtlijnen.
  • Ondersteunen van audits en naleving van financiële en boekhoudkundige voorschriften.
  • Beheren en verbeteren van rapportagetools en systemen ter ondersteuning van de besluitvorming.
Description du profil
  • Bachelor- of masterdiploma in Accountancy, Economie of een gerelateerd vakgebied.
  • Ervaring in een soortgelijke financiële functie, bij voorkeur in een productieomgeving.
  • Sterke analytische vaardigheden en een proactieve, probleemoplossende instelling.
  • Uitstekende kennis van Excel en BI-tools; ervaring met ERP-systemen is een plus.
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en vloeiend in het Engels.
  • Teamspeler met oog voor detail en een drive om financiële processen te verbeteren.

Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Deliver financial insights and strategic recommendations that support high-quality executive and board-level decision-making.Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure the company’s financial operations adhere to regulatory, accounting, and internal control requirements. Develop and maintain risk mitigation strategies to protect financial stability and corporate assets.Investment Accounting: Oversee the treatment and presentation of investment portfolios in line with accounting standards such as IFRS 9. As Head of Accounting, you will oversee the company’s full accounting operations, managing a team of eight professionals.
