Job Description

This role bridges business and IT, translating business processes and requirements into robust system solutions, applications, and automation. You will serve as the critical link between operational teams and technology infrastructure, ensuring that enterprise systems (ERP, ServiceNow, Odoo, SharePoint, and custom applications) not only function reliably but actively support and accelerate business objectives. Your mission is to guarantee that all company systems are secure, performant, properly maintained, and continuously improved to meet evolving business needs. You will manage the full lifecycle of system implementations—from requirements gathering and vendor management through testing, rollout, training, and ongoing optimization—while maintaining system security and reducing operational support burden through effective documentation and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and translate business requirements into detailed system specifications, functional designs, and implementation roadmaps
  • Lead and manage system implementation projects, including ERP, ServiceNow, Odoo, SharePoint, and custom application deployments
  • Evaluate, select, and manage relationships with technology vendors and system integrators
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), manage testing cycles, and resolve issues before production rollout
  • Plan and execute system rollouts, including data migration, cutover strategies, and rollback procedures
  • Develop and deliver training programs to end users, ensuring adoption and proficiency with new systems
  • Monitor system performance, security posture, and compliance; identify and implement improvements
  • Create and maintain comprehensive process documentation, runbooks, and knowledge bases to reduce support tickets
  • Manage post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous optimization
  • Ensure cybersecurity best practices are embedded in all system implementations and ongoing operations

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a seasoned techno-functional professional who combines deep business process knowledge with hands-on system implementation experience. You should be equally comfortable discussing operational workflows with business stakeholders and managing technical vendor relationships. You have proven success implementing enterprise systems in complex environments, particularly in TowerCo or telecommunications sectors. You are not a pure IT support resource—you are a builder and implementer who understands how systems drive business value. Your background spans business analysis, application management, and project leadership, and you bring a pragmatic, results-oriented mindset to every initiative.

Experience & Expertise Required:

  • 5+ years of experience in system implementation, application management, or business analysis roles
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience implementing or managing ERP systems, ServiceNow, Odoo, SharePoint, or comparable enterprise platforms
  • Background in TowerCo, telecommunications, or similar complex, process-driven industries
  • Proven ability to gather business requirements, design system solutions, and oversee implementation from concept to production
  • Experience managing vendor relationships, RFP processes, and system integration projects
  • Strong understanding of UAT methodologies, testing strategies, and production rollout planning
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, data governance, and system compliance requirements
  • Proficiency in process documentation, workflow design, and change management practices
