Environnement : Évoluant dans le secteur de l’assurance vie, ce poste implique le développement et la maintenance d’applications avec la technologie ASP.NET, ainsi que la gestion et l’optimisation de bases de données sous SQL Server.

  • Développement Full-Stack : Conception, développement et modification de fonctionnalités sur des solutions existantes et nouvelles en .Net, en garantissant la qualité du code et le respect des exigences métier.
  • Ingénierie des données : Création et maintenance de flux ETL avec SSIS, alimentation et extraction de données, gestion des optimisations pour assurer la fiabilité et la performance des traitements.
  • Collaboration multilingue : Communication régulière en français et anglais lors de réunions d’équipe, rédaction de documents techniques et échanges avec les parties prenantes techniques et métiers.
  • Analyse et évolution : Analyse des besoins fonctionnels liés à l’assurance vie, proposition d'améliorations, et implication dans le support technique de niveau 2.

Objectifs : Garantir la robustesse, la performance et l’efficacité des outils et processus tout en respectant les standards réglementaires et métiers du secteur assurance vie.

Nous recherchons des candidats qui se distinguent par leur rigueur, leur curiosité intellectuelle et leur capacité d'adaptation dans des environnements complexes. Les personnes qui excellent dans ce poste démontrent une réelle passion pour l’apprentissage continu et possèdent un esprit d’analyse affûté, allié à une approche méthodique de la résolution de problèmes.

  • Formation solide en développement logiciel, assortie d’une capacité démontrée à travailler avec les technologies .Net et à intégrer de nouvelles compétences techniques.
  • Maitrise reconnue d’ASP.NET et de SQL Server ; la capacité à utiliser SSIS constitue un atout important.
  • Excellentes aptitudes à communiquer, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, en français et en anglais, afin de s’intégrer facilement au sein d’équipes multiculturelles et de répondre aux exigences d’un contexte international.
  • Expérience antérieure dans le domaine de l’assurance vie, permettant de comprendre naturellement les enjeux du secteur et d’apporter une valeur ajoutée immédiate aux projets.
  • Profil rigoureux, fiable et doté d’une grande capacité à travailler en équipe, tout en étant autonome et force de proposition.
  • Sens de l’engagement, intégrité et envie de s’investir dans des missions à fort enjeu.

Senior IT Support / IT Administrator based in Dubai or Abu Dhabi, UAE, is responsible for overseeing the IT environment and daily support operations across the organization. The role involves direct management of core infrastructure and cloud solutions, along with end-user technical issue resolution.
