Vandaag zijn wij op zoek naar een gedreven project manager voor een vooraanstaand bedrijf in de warehousing en distributie.


Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Je formuleert proactief voorstellen aangaande procesverbeteringen binnen de verschillende teams.
  • Je realiseert de oplevering van operationele projecten binnen het afgesproken kader.
  • Je werkt afdelingsoverkoepelende projecten uit en werkt met verschillende interne stakeholders samen.
  • Je beheert meerdere projecten en behoudt op een gestructureerde wijze het overzicht.
  • Je verzamelt de nodige informatie bij de verschillende Customer Service teams om de projecten efficiënt en doelgericht uit te werken.
  • Je implementeert en communiceert over veranderingen op de werkvloer en creëert draagvlak bij de operationele collega’s.
  • Je assisteert de leidinggevenden van Customer Service bij structurele, administratieve en projectmatige interacties.
  • Je stelt de nodige rapporteringen op en gaat proactief analytisch aan de slag.
  • Je stemt op regelmatige basis af met de leidinggevenden zodat het overzicht te allen tijde bewaard wordt en actiepunten tijdig aangekaart worden

Role OverviewThe Finance Director is responsible for leading the organisation’s financial strategy, governance, and long-term financial performance. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the role oversees Finance, Audit & Cash, and Procurement functions within a complex, KPI-driven operating environment.The organisation values inclusive leadership, collaborative decision-making, and visible role-model leadership for the development of high-potential national talent, and actively supports leadership representation that reflects the diversity of the community it serves.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic LeadershipLead financial strategy, planning, and performance management. Act as a trusted advisor to the Managing Director and senior leadership on financial, commercial, and risk matters. Partner closely with the executive team to support strategic initiatives, business planning, and investment decisions.Financial ManagementOversee budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial modelling. Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow). Monitor financial performance, analyse variances, and recommend sustainable improvement actions. Support revenue optimisation and cost efficiency initiatives.Governance, Audit & ComplianceEstablish and maintain robust financial controls, policies, and procedures. Ensure compliance with IFRS, tax regulations, and internal governance standards.
