Wil jij meewerken aan grootschalige infrastructuurprojecten en een sleutelrol spelen in de uitvoering?

In deze rol combineer je technische expertise, coördinatie en projectinzicht en werk je mee aan complexe civiele projecten binnen een klasse 8 omgeving. Je ondersteunt de projectleiding en zorgt voor een vlotte vertaalslag van studie naar uitvoering.


Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Werkvoorbereiding: Je coördineert de voorbereiding van projecten tot op het niveau van uitvoeringsplannen.
  • Technische analyse: Je bewaakt de functionele eisen en technische integraliteit van het project.
  • Coördinatie: Je werkt nauw samen met projectmanagers, werfleiders en engineeringteams.
  • Uitvoering: Je volgt de technische uitvoering op en stuurt bij waar nodig.
  • Planning: Je stelt korte- en middellange termijnplanningen op.
  • Methodes & middelen: Je bepaalt efficiënte uitvoeringsmethodes, leveranciers en onderaannemers.
  • Documentatie: Je stelt werkplannen en technische dossiers op.
  • Budgetopvolging: Je bewaakt de financiële rentabiliteit in samenwerking met cost control.
  • Stakeholdermanagement: Je onderhoudt contacten met klanten en volgt contracten op.
  • Kwaliteit & veiligheid: Je implementeert en bewaakt ISO-, veiligheids- en milieuprocedures.
  • Productie: Je stuurt een deel van de uitvoering aan en bewaakt rendement en kwaliteit.


Jouw profiel

  • Opleiding: Master Industrieel of Burgerlijk Ingenieur Bouwkunde (of gelijkwaardig).
  • Ervaring: Enkele jaren ervaring binnen civiele werken of infrastructuurprojecten.
  • Technisch sterk: Inzicht in complexe bouwmethodes en uitvoeringsprocessen.
  • Coördinatie: Je werkt gestructureerd en houdt overzicht over verschillende projectfasen.
  • Communicatie: Sterk in overleg met interne en externe stakeholders.
  • Leiderschap: Je neemt initiatief en kan teams aansturen.
  • Commercieel inzicht: Je begrijpt contracten en bouwt relaties op.
  • Taal: Vlot Nederlands.
