Als Project Aankoper Technische Investeringen ben je verantwoordelijk voor de ondersteuning van de aankoopprocessen van grote, technische projecten, met een nadruk op investeringsgoederen zoals rollend materieel en technische installaties. Je draagt zorg voor de uitvoering en opvolging van het aankoopbeleid, inclusief de nauwkeurige controle van aangekochte materialen.

  • Ondersteunen van het volledige aankoopproces van kapitaalgoederen, inclusief selectie van leveranciers, evaluatie van offertes en opvolging van leveringen.
  • Opvolgen en beheren van contracten en aanbestedingen, waarbij je contractvoorstellen opstelt in samenwerking met het Legal team.
  • Onderhandelen met leveranciers over voorwaarden, prijzen, en leveringsafspraken, zodat alles in lijn is met de gestelde verwachtingen.
  • Opstellen van rapporteringen met betrekking tot de status van lopende contracten, analyseren van prestaties en het signaleren en aanpakken van afwijkingen in samenwerking met leveranciers.
  • Evalueren van leveranciers op basis van contracten en Service Level Agreements (SLA’s).
  • Meewerken aan innovatie, zoals het initiëren en ondersteunen van duurzame verbeteringen en het onderzoeken van mogelijkheden rondom energie-efficiëntie.
  • Gebruik maken van MS Office-toepassingen zoals Word, Excel en Outlook voor administratieve ondersteuning binnen het aankoopproces.
  • Samenwerken met interne afdelingen zoals Legal, IT en Facility om de requirements van interne teams te begrijpen en het aankoopproces hierop af te stemmen.

Deze functie vereist zorgvuldigheid in contractbeheer, een analytische benadering van leveranciersselectie, een focus op procesverbetering en sterke communicatieve vaardigheden voor zowel interne als externe samenwerking.

  • Resultaatgericht en zelfstandig: Je neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid en bewaart overzicht, ook wanneer je aan meerdere aankopen tegelijk werkt.
  • Communicatief sterk: Je overlegt vlot met leveranciers, collega's en andere afdelingen zoals Legal, IT en Facility. Je weet belangen goed te behartigen en onderhandelingen te voeren.
  • Oog voor kwaliteit: Je controleert nauwgezet of geleverde materialen voldoen aan de afgesproken kwaliteitsnormen, en neemt direct actie als verbeteringen nodig zijn.
  • Innovatief en leergierig: Je denkt proactief mee over nieuwe duurzaamheidsinitiatieven en gaat op zoek naar manieren om processen en aankopen te verbeteren.
  • Ervaren met contractonderhandelingen: Je hebt al de nodige ervaring in het onderhandelen en beheren van contracten, liefst in een technische projectomgeving.
  • ICT-vaardig: Je werkt vlot met Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) en gebruikt deze tools om rapportages te maken en analyses op te stellen.
  • Talenkennis: Je communiceert perfect in het Nederlands en kan je gemakkelijk uitdrukken in het Engels.
  • Flexibel en mobiel: Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B en beweegt je gemakkelijk binnen en tussen verschillende werken of locaties.
