Voor een snelgroeiende en innovatieve organisatie zoeken wij een ervaren Finance Manager die de financiële strategie en operationele processen naar een hoger niveau tilt. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van de financiële activiteiten, het optimaliseren van rapportages en het ondersteunen van strategische besluitvorming. Je werkt nauw samen met het management en zorgt voor een efficiënte financiële structuur in een internationale omgeving. Heb jij een sterk analytisch inzicht, een hands-on mentaliteit en ervaring met productie- of scale-up bedrijven? Taken & Verantwoordelijkheden


  • Beheer van de financiële processen en rapportage over drie internationale entiteiten
  • Opstellen en bewaken van budgetten, forecasts en cashflowplanning
  • Verantwoordelijk voor maand- en jaarafsluitingen en audits
  • Beheer van voorraadwaardering en kostprijsberekeningen
  • Optimaliseren van financiële processen en implementatie van interne controles
  • Nauwe samenwerking met externe accountants en boekhouders
  • Ondersteunen van strategische beslissingen met financiële analyses en business cases
Profielbeschrijving
  • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in financiële controle, accounting of audit
  • Ervaring in een productie- of scale-up omgeving is een grote plus
  • Sterke analytische en probleemoplossende vaardigheden
  • Hands-on mentaliteit en oog voor detail
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands en Engels
  • Ervaring met ERP-systemen, bij voorkeur Odoo

Position OverviewThis role focuses on the accurate preparation and continual improvement of financial plans, forecasts, and financial management information within the insurance sector, with a strong emphasis on the Property & Casualty and Marine business lines.
