Talent Acquisition Manager - Arabic speaker
We are urgently hiring for a Talent Acquisition Manager for a leading & growing EPC group headquartered in the UAE.
This position is based in Abu Dhabi.

Role & Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and align recruitment strategies with organisational goals.
- Lead and manage the Talent Acquisition team, overseeing the full hiring lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent across all functions.
- Build strong talent pipelines through networking, career fairs, and employer branding initiatives.
- Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience while promoting inclusive hiring practices.
- Track and analyse key recruitment metrics to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and retention.
Profile Required
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field; CIPD/SHRM certification an advantage
- Arabic native speaker (or fluent)
- Minimum 5 years of Talent Acquisition experience, ideally in-house or in-house combined with agency
- An experience in hiring technical / engineering profiles is preferred
- Proven track record in managing recruitment for medium-to-large organisations
- The capacity of relocating to Abu Dhabi
