HR Data Analyst - CDI - Brussels
My client is building a new team in the insurance sector and is looking to develop further.
You'll be an integral part of this new team.
We are looking for an HR Data Analyst with a profile that blends data analysis expertise and an interest or basic knowledge in AI.
The goal is to manage and maintain the "dictionary" of metrics at the group level and enhance aggregated data.
Responsibilities:
- Data analysis and reporting
- Collaborating with data engineers and data modelers
- Creating and managing dashboards
- Consolidation of processes
- Developing use cases to improve reporting
- Advanced analytics
- Exploring use cases with AI
- Stakeholder management
- Managing end-to-end projects and teams
Skills:
- Experience with Azure environment
- Data modeling and dashboard creation
- Power BI (best practices, etc.)
- SQL, R
- Excel
- Jupyter notebook
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- Proficient in English
- Brussels (Hybrid environment – 50% remote)
