Your Responsibilities as a Legal Advisor
- Draft, review, and monitor legal documents and contracts
- Support the preparation of legal opinions, memos, and research on legislation and regulations
- Centralize and coordinate legal files in collaboration with external legal partners
- Contribute to improving internal processes, particularly those related to document and mail management
- Act as a point of contact for colleagues and external partners regarding legal matters
- Manage tender files and ensure smooth progress throughout the tender process
- Ensure deadlines are met, especially in the context of public procurement
Your Profile
- You enjoy structure and precision but are also proactive and take initiative
- You hold a Master in Law
- You have min. 3 years' experience as a Legal Advisor — experience in the mail processing industry or public sector is a plus
- You are fluent in both Dutch and French
- You combine autonomy with strong team spirit
- You are proficient in digital tools (MS Office, file management systems)
- You work with accuracy and great attention to detail
