Functional Analyst

Your Role Involves:
- Ensuring client sponsor satisfaction through effective and timely communication, which includes providing status reports, conducting ongoing risk assessments, and promptly addressing and resolving issues as they arise.
- Maintaining a commitment to delivering high-quality results within the established scope, budget, and timeline.
- Collaborating with the project manager to coordinate team tasks and oversee the project's progress.
- Additionally, when requested, providing personalized coaching services to clients and ensuring their effective follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gathering, modeling, and validating business requirements.
- Evaluating and reviewing functional specifications.
- Executing, tracking, and overseeing testing processes.
- Providing regular status updates to the manager.
- Monitoring and managing defects in the system.
- Handling change requests and their implementation.
- Conducting end-user training for new systems and processes.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Hold a Master's degree in economics, management, or civil engineering.
- Possess relevant expertise in Functional Design and/or Requirements Analysis.
- Demonstrated track record in the Financial Services or Banking sector.
- Devotion to achieving excellence.
- Exceptional analytical capabilities.
- Strong communication and networking abilities.
- Proficiency in working autonomously in a dynamic environment.
- Adept at prioritizing tasks while addressing urgent demands.
- Fluent in English, with proficiency in either French or Dutch.
