Job description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Legal Counsel to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate law, contract law, and a solid understanding of GDPR regulations. In this role, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and support to various departments within the organization, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You will draft, review, and negotiate contracts, as well as assist in the development of company policies and procedures. The successful candidate will also be involved in risk management and will work closely with external legal advisors when necessary.

As a Legal Counsel, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding the company's interests and ensuring that all legal matters are handled efficiently and effectively. You will need to stay updated on changes in legislation and industry standards, and proactively advise the company on potential legal risks. This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level legal professional looking to advance their career in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Profile description

The ideal candidate will possess a law degree and have at least 3-5 years of experience in a legal role, preferably within a corporate environment. You should have a strong understanding of corporate law, contract law, and GDPR compliance. Excellent communication skills in both French and Dutch are essential, as you will be working in a bilingual environment. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
