Role Overview
Our client is seeking a legal professional to:
- Conduct legal research and advise on financial regulations, payments, and fintech compliance
- Draft and review contracts, including vendor agreements, payment processing agreements, and regulatory submissions
- Collaborate with senior counsel on licensing, regulatory filings, and product compliance across multiple regions
- Partner with internal teams to embed legal and regulatory considerations in business operations
- Support the development of streamlined legal processes, contract negotiation frameworks, and compliance programs
- Maintain and update legal playbooks, policies, and training materials
Desired Profile
- 5 to 8 years of experience as a Lawyer and/or Legal Advisor ; strong knowledge of cross-border employment law is a plus
- Expertise in employment law matters
- Proactive, autonomous, resilient, adaptable, and eager to develop professionally
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
