Job description

One of my client, a real estate company is looking for a new Corporate Lawyer.


Your responsibilities:


  • Analyzing and ensuring the follow-up of legal files.
  • Drafting of mandates, contracts, company constitutions and compromises.
  • Managing litigation files.
  • Advising management on short and medium-term legal strategies.




Profile description

Your profile:


  • Master's Degree in Law or Management ;
  • Experience in Corporate law, Real estate law, Contract law and Insurance law.
  • Good interpersonal skills, managerial qualities, organized, autonomous and pro-active.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in a similar position.
  • Fluency in Luxembourgish and French is mandatory. Knowledge of English or German would be an asset.
