Compliance Manager
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Compliance Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. You will work closely with various departments to develop and implement compliance programs, conduct audits, and provide training to staff on compliance-related matters. Your expertise in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter Terrorism Financing (CTF) will be crucial in identifying and mitigating risks associated with financial crimes.
As a Compliance Manager, you will also be tasked with preparing audit plans and reports, monitoring compliance activities, and liaising with regulatory bodies. You will play a key role in fostering a culture of compliance within the organization, ensuring that all employees understand their responsibilities and the importance of adhering to legal and regulatory standards.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compliance and legal frameworks, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. You should possess excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex regulations. Strong communication skills in English, French, and Dutch are essential, as you will be interacting with diverse teams and stakeholders.
