The SAP HR team is global, with members across various countries and continents, including a team leader and an in-house consultant managing external support teams and consultants.
Reporting to the Global Service Team Manager SAP HR/EHS (based in Maastricht):
- Support end-users with functional and operational knowledge of business processes.
- Participate in major projects, working with cross-functional business departments and the Team Lead.
- Collaborate with IT peers to define and test solutions for SuccessFactors and related systems.
- Provide recommendations on solutions for SuccessFactors and SAP HR ECC.
Description
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience with SuccessFactors configuration.
- Strong working knowledge of the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module.
- Experience in at least one end-to-end Employee Central implementation.
- Proficiency in English.
