For our client, an international law firm in Luxembourg, we are looking for a Senior Associate - Investment Funds.



Missions:

  • Advising clients during the entire life-cycle of their strategic projects;
  • Advising a wide variety of domestic and foreign asset managers;
  • Working on the structuring, setting-up and organization of regulated and non-regulated alternative investment funds (AIFs) and their managers (AIFMs);

Profile description


Your Profile:

  • Master's degree in Law from an European University.
  • Qualified member of the Bar in Luxembourg or another EU jurisdiction, or you have attended the CCDL.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in the Investment Funds department of a reputable law firm.
  • Excellent knowledge of alternative investment funds regulatory environment.
  • Excellent drafting and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English. French and/or German would be an asset.
