Real Estate Officer
This role supports the development and management of a nationwide network of ATM locations in Belgium. The officer is responsible for overseeing a portfolio of nearly 1,000 rented sites and ensuring smooth operations for present and future network growth.
- Manage the real estate network, coordinating between site developments and operational teams.
- Support stakeholders with day-to-day queries and processes related to the rental location portfolio.
- Administer real estate contracts, tracking completion, signature status, and secure document storage.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date data on both active and new leases within internal systems.
- Serve as the primary contact for landlords, addressing requests and securing strong relationships via phone and email.
- Ensure all required legal, administrative, and economic aspects relating to sites are managed efficiently.
The role requires:
- Proficiency in contract negotiation and administrative processes.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Word.
- Fluency in Dutch and French, with a solid command of English.
- An ability to handle multiple tasks and complex lease management processes with a high degree of precision and organization.

We are looking for candidates who combine a strong understanding of real estate with an exceptional approach to administration, communication, and stakeholder management. The ideal person is meticulous, reliable, and driven by a sense of ownership for supporting a sizable, nationwide real estate portfolio.
- Educational Background: Holds a bachelor’s degree in law, economics, or a related field, ensuring a solid foundation for contractual and operational responsibilities.
- Experience: Brings at least 3 years of relevant experience in real estate, preferably within a fast-changing or scale-up environment, demonstrating proven expertise in managing property contracts and stakeholder relationships.
- Language Skills: Is fully proficient in Dutch and French, both spoken and written, with a good working knowledge of English to communicate across an international organization and diverse ownership groups.
- Technical & Administrative Abilities: Shows fluency in Microsoft Office tools, with particular strength in keeping documentation accurate and up to date. Stays ahead by maintaining thorough, well-structured records and contracts.
