Job Title: Cloud Operations Manager

Location: Casablanca or Rabat, Morocco

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Cloud Operations Manager to join our team in either Casablanca or Rabat. The successful candidate will oversee cloud operations, focusing on building and maintaining our operation and transaction support platform. This role involves working with either Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services (AWS), ensuring the smooth administration and operation of our proprietary cloud platform. You will play a key role in planning IT tool implementation, enhancing efficiency, and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Platform Building & Operation: Design, develop, and manage the operation/transaction support platform of our client.
  • Operational Insight: Gain deep insight into the operational requirements specific to the Moroccan market, ensuring that the platform aligns with these needs.
  • Cloud Administration: Oversee cloud operations, ensuring optimal performance and uptime for either Azure or AWS environments.
  • Efficiency Improvement: Plan and implement IT tools to streamline processes, improve operational efficiency, and optimize transaction support.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth platform operations and address any technical or operational challenges.
