Job description

One of my most prestigious clients in the insurance sector in Brussels is looking for an IT Tech Lead to join their dynamic team. This role is new to the company and involves great challenges. Your will be the bridge between the architecture team and the development team.

Here is an idea of your tasks :

  • Taking care of committees with the developers to improve the way of working
  • Establishing guidelines and best practices for the development team
  • Quantifying the advantages of technologies and ideas for the company
  • Taking care of the stakeholder management with various departments
  • Taking care of the project road map
  • Taking care of the risk management
Profile description

Your profile :

  • Minimum 7 years' experience
  • You have experience in JAVA and API
  • Knowledge of Spring Boot and react is a great plus
  • English is mandatory and one of the national languages is a great plus
  • Having great communication skills is super important
