Senior IT System Engineer
As a Senior IT System Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the ongoing management, optimization, and development of the company’s IT infrastructure. You will oversee systems that support over 1,000 users, working across two main datacenters in Luxembourg as well as 20 remote locations throughout Europe.
- Administer and optimize Windows Server environments, ensuring secure and stable operation of IT services.
- Maintain and develop core systems using technologies such as Azure, Office 365, and virtualization platforms.
- Oversee monitoring and configuration through tools like SCOM and SCCM to maintain system availability and performance.
- Collaborate with project teams in planning and delivering IT projects, contributing to the continuous improvement and expansion of IT services across the enterprise.
- Provide technical guidance for complex troubleshooting, upgrades, and system integrations, ensuring business continuity and data security across all sites.
- Liaise regularly with stakeholders in English to coordinate support efforts and align IT services with business needs.
- Document infrastructure changes and best practices to support knowledge transfer within the IT Support & Project Services team.

- Experienced in Leading IT Projects: Brings a solid background in project planning and scheduling, ensuring that new IT initiatives are delivered smoothly, on time, and within scope.
- Technical Proficiency: Possesses in-depth expertise with Windows Server Administration, Azure, Office 365, virtualisation (e.g., Hyper-V, VMware), and has hands-on knowledge of SCOM and SCCM environments.
- Excellent English Communication: Communicates fluently in English, both written and spoken, facilitating effective collaboration on an international scale.
