Associate – Pension Law
Within a leading Belgian law firm renowned for employment and social law, this full-time role as an Associate in the Brussels office focuses on providing expert counsel in pension law matters. You will become part of a collaborative team serving both national and international clients on areas such as occupational pensions, group insurance, sectoral pension funds, and post-transfer harmonization.
- Advise clients on all aspects of pension law and contribute to solutions for complex regulatory, contractual, and litigation issues.
- Draft contracts and provide legal documentation related to occupational pensions and employee benefit schemes.
- Support experienced partners and collaborate with colleagues on high-impact matters and critical files.
- Conduct legal research, analyze case law, and monitor developments in employment, social, and pension law.
- Opportunity to participate in broader employment law cases, based on your interests and team needs.
- Interact in Dutch as a primary working language
- Contribute to a supportive, modern work culture with a focus on continuous learning and professional development.
- Flexible work options may include collaborating from other firm offices in Belgium when relevant.
Your Profile:
- Master’s degree in Law (Belgian)
- A strong interest in pension law and/or employment and social law
- Native-level proficiency in Dutch; good command of French and English is an asset
- You are detail-oriented, eager to learn, and work well in a team
- You are open to working from other firm offices in Belgium when relevant
