Functional Analyst
- You communicate with our customers to identify their needs and problems
- You translate the business requirements into an IT functional analysis
- You check fesibility and expectations
- You challenge requirements
- You protect our guidelines and architecture
- You coordinate with the software development team
- You coordinate with external services suppliers
- You test and validate software releases
- You guarantee and protect overall quality of the solution
- You are an ambassador of our building blocks and products
- You act as a product owner of the solutions
- Degree, preferably in IT (or equivalent experience)
- Experience: At least 2 years' professional experience as a functional analyst (Medior)
- Familiarity with Waterfall /Agile
- French or Dutch mother tongue (C2), with a very good level of English (C1)
- Ability to work in a small, dynamic team
- Ability to transfer knowledge to support and operations
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Curiosity, energy and stress resistance are also part of your skill set
- You are analytical, able to anticipate business and strategic developments
- You are diplomatic and see yourself as a born negotiator
- You're solution-oriented and focused: you're determined to get things done and solve problems, and you're not afraid to roll up your sleeves. You never give up
- You know all about UML SQL Webservices (REST, SOAP, etc.) Wireframing
- Atlassian suite (Jira/Confluence) PowerBI BPM Experience in project management
