Technical Account Manager (Cloud) - UAE Based
Key Responsibilities:
- New Business Development: Recruit new enterprise customers in Dubai, expanding Google Cloud Platform, Workspace, and other cloud business solutions.
- Lead Engagement: Understand the technical requirements of potential leads and collaborate with internal teams to shape solutions tailored to customer ecosystems.
- Customer Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations of Google Cloud solutions and products to prospective clients.
- Upselling & Cross-Selling: Evaluate customer needs and recommend upgrades or additional workloads to maximize service adoption.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the delivery team to provide insights on industry trends, ensuring tailored offerings that meet customers' needs.
- Value Proposition: Articulate the value of Google Cloud services, driving adoption and engagement.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in high-tech sales, with a proven track record in driving growth.
- A well-established network of enterprise customers in the UAE is essential.
- Basic experience in Public Cloud Computing sales (Ex: Cloudera, AWS, Huawei Cloud, Alibaba Cloud...) or datacenter sales.
- Experience managing accounts and engaging with multiple business units within enterprise customers.
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding business targets.
- Experience in driving the adoption of new technologies and solutions.
- Ability to work in a diverse, innovative environment, both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Arabic.
- Based in Dubai, with a strong understanding of the local market.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Technology-as-a-service solutions.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
