Talent Acquisition Specialist
As an Internal Recruiter – Talent Acquisition Specialist , you will be responsible for managing and executing end-to-end recruitment processes to attract and select new sales professionals for our offices in Brussels, Paris, and Luxembourg.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies tailored to local sales markets and business needs.
- Source and identify potential commercial candidates through diverse channels, with a particular focus on proactive search and talent pipelining.
- Screen applications, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates based on targeted selection criteria and business goals.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to define requirements, gain insights, and ensure smooth recruitment workflows.
- Manage the interview and selection process, including the use of assessment tools and structured interviews.
- Maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future sales vacancies across the three locations.
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws and internal HR policies throughout all recruitment operations.
- Utilize digital recruitment tools such as LinkedIn for candidate sourcing and engagement.
- Support wider HR initiatives by collaborating with HR Business Partners to align talent acquisition efforts with business objectives.
Language requirements: Professional proficiency in French and English, with working proficiency in Dutch considered an advantage.

- Resourceful and adaptable: Comfort navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities, using creativity and initiative to meet evolving recruitment challenges.
- Desirable additional expertise: Familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, a sound grasp of employment law, and experience in HR partnering equip candidates for greater impact.
