Senior Event Manager (Arabic/English)
Role Overview: Based in Dubai, the Senior Event Manager oversees the comprehensive planning, execution, and post-event analysis for a wide range of company functions, including corporate events, trade shows, webinars, client workshops, and internal initiatives.
- End-to-end event management: Plan, execute, and deliver varied events—from tech conferences to executive workshops—ensuring seamless experiences aligned with organizational goals.
- Vendor and partner liaison: Coordinate effectively with suppliers, venues, and partners in both Arabic and English, managing logistics and ensuring clear communication throughout each project.
- Event documentation and tracking: Develop and maintain detailed planning documents, event timelines, and logistics trackers using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets to keep all stakeholders informed.
- Budget administration: Monitor, manage, and reconcile event budgets to maintain cost-effectiveness and accurate reporting of all expenditures.
- Travel and logistics coordination: Arrange travel itineraries and accommodation for event teams, ensuring efficient and smooth operations.
- Calendar management: Maintain a centralized master calendar of company events, critical deadlines, and deliverables.
- Cross-functional support: Collaborate with marketing and sales for lead management during events and ensure seamless handover for follow-up activities.
- Reporting & analytics: Prepare detailed post-event reports, interpreting data from surveys, attendee lists, and CRM platforms to inform future strategies.
- Administrative back-office support: Handle necessary administrative tasks and support general operations connected to event delivery.
Fluency in both Arabic and English is critical. Proficiency in event planning, budget management, Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, and experience with event management platforms is expected. Familiarity with reporting and analytics, as well as the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment, are key to success in this position.
