Job description

As a Digital Channels Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in transforming high-level requirements and epics into actionable and well-documented user stories for digital channels, including mobile applications, public website, and secure online platforms.

  • Participate in designing and enhancing digital features with the Product Owner.
  • Perform functional analysis and compose detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and business to stay attuned to prospect and customer needs.
  • Analyze user behavior and channel statistics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Conceive and define targeted enhancements for digital channels.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, UX/UI, Marketing, Legal, and Security.
  • Oversee backlog management and prioritize initiatives to maximize impact.
  • Follow up on development activities, supporting the team throughout the lifecycle.
  • Engage in the scrum process, actively contributing in daily and weekly meetings.
  • Monitor user testing phases and collaborate with test teams to define and execute test plans and cases.
  • Prepare and deliver briefings to internal teams on digital changes and releases.

Scope and objectives: Ensure that product developments meet business goals and customer expectations for all digital channels. Maintain an analytical, data-driven approach to drive ongoing optimization and innovation.

  • Master’s degree in Economy, Finance, Marketing, MBA, or equivalent experience required.
  • Professional experience in business analysis, user story writing, stakeholder management, and Agile/scrum methods is key.
  • Understanding of digital channels, and exposure to mobile or web projects, is essential.
  • Knowledge of banking, investment, or trading products and experience with content management systems or marketing is considered a plus.

  • Detail-Oriented and Structured: Excellent at breaking down high-level requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria. Pays close attention to detail while maintaining a structured approach to functional analysis and backlog management.
  • Autonomous and Proactive: Can independently manage priorities and take initiative, while also being proactive in identifying risks, solving problems, and suggesting innovative solutions.
  • Agile Advocate: Brings hands-on experience with Agile/scrum methodologies and contributes actively within scrum teams and rituals. Supports the team during development and testing phases, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Multilingual Communication: Fluent in both English and French, able to articulate complex topics clearly in both languages, and brief internal teams effectively on changes that affect their workflows.
  • Educational Background: Holds a master’s degree (or equivalent by experience) in Economy, Finance, Marketing, or an MBA, allowing for robust understanding of financial products and digital business strategies.
  • Digital and Technical Affinity: Comfortable working in digital environments, with a strong grasp of web and mobile applications. Brings experience with content management systems and, ideally, knowledge of banking, investment, or trading products.
  • Project Management and Analysis: Demonstrates solid project management and analytical skills, with the ability to coordinate efforts across functions and deliver on shared goals efficiently.

Role Overview: As a Senior IBM WebSphere ND & Liberty Cloud Engineer, you will oversee the management and modernization of a legacy WebSphere ND infrastructure, while serving as a subject matter expert in facilitating migration to the IBM Liberty cloud solution. This position requires a keen focus on delivering robust, scalable solutions and acting as a technology referent within a dynamic, cross-functional team based primarily in Belgium.Infrastructure Management: Maintain and optimize the existing IBM WebSphere ND platform, ensuring its stability and operational excellence across business-critical environments.Cloud Migration: Lead and support the transition of traditional WebSphere applications to IBM Liberty within a private cloud, working alongside architects, infra suppliers, and technology engineers to create a future-proof platform.Team Guidance: Guide and mentor a team of engineers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality support, incident resolution, and implementation in line with the group's technology roadmap and standards.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal customers, service providers, and APS production support teams.
