E&I PROJECT MANAGER
You will take responsibility for E&I projects from start to finish.
Your role is to lead E&I engineering from needs analysis to production and commissioning, taking into account safety, budget and schedule as well as the constraints of the plant's continuous production.
Missions:
- You provide operational leadership to the E&I engineering department and you are also responsible for the quality of work performed by external service providers,
- You manage and prepare investment projects by analyzing the needs of internal customers and then defining the most optimal implementation strategy with the heads of technical disciplines,
- You lead meetings during the different phases of the project (start-up, design review, handover, approval for commissioning and end-of-project),
- You will prepare the overall project budget and ensure that it is monitored,
- In cooperation with the technical procurement department, you will participate in contract negotiations,
- You ensure that construction, testing and commissioning proceed correctly,
- To ensure optimal cooperation between all stakeholders, You will ensure building and maintaining internal and external relationships.
Profile:
- E&I master's degree or equivalent experience,
- Good technical knowledge of E&I (low voltage, medium voltage, instrumentation, DCS, PLC, alarm systems, cybersecurity, etc.),
- At least 5 years of experience in an industrial environment.
- Good team management skills,
- Ability to communicate effectively and diplomatically
- Organized, meticulous and able to plan ahead,
- Result oriented and stress resistant,
- Fluent in Dutch with a good knowledge of English or French
