Customer Journey Expert / Business Analyst

About the role
To excel in this role, you should embody the characteristics of a team player, possess exceptional problem-solving skills, and have the ability to lead projects from inception to completion. As a Customer Journey Expert, you will:
- Demonstrate robust analytical capabilities, leveraging data and facts to inform decision-making.
- Effectively discern and prioritize main issues from peripheral ones.
- Tackle intricate scenarios and translate them into actionable change initiatives, with a comprehensive understanding of the entire financing/factoring process chain.
- Establish project principles and requirements, utilizing process designs to visualize proposed changes.
- Exhibit the drive and determination to actualize objectives.
About You
- Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree.
- Possess an understanding of customer needs and the aptitude to bridge the gap between IT and business.
- A first experience in accounting is a great asset
- Display a curious mindset towards the underlying ComFin market, organization, and (IT) processes.
- Bring relevant experience as a business analyst or PM in the banking or financial industry.
- Demonstrate solid interpersonal and collaborative skills for effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
- Fluency in Dutch & English + proficiency in French is desirable.
